Megan Hartley Photography shared this precious newborn shoot with us, and we were instantly smitten with the love she captured. This adorable baby boy is Abel, son of Heather and Nathan. He was just ten days old in this session at home, which is filled with special details that Heather, an artist, created. We love the unique details Heather put into Abel’s nursery, too, like the old library card catalog dresser that she hand painted on the drawer fronts and the animal alphabet print you can find in her shop. See all of the photos submitted in the full gallery!
Photographer Laura Leibowitz and her husband couldn’t wait to welcome their first baby, adorable Parker Thomas, into their little family. Together they created a nursery for him that is bright, calm, and inviting. A palette of white, blue, and cream make the room feel so clean, fresh, and soothing, while unique handmade pieces add a personal touch. They certainly met their goal of designing an inviting space to relax and enjoy their time together as a new family. Parker looks right at home in his room! Laura shared, “The nursery was decorated with a lot of love, but we had no idea how profoundly we would love our little boy!” Check out the full gallery for more.
Ready for a “little love party”? It’s Friday, so we hope so! Photographer Jeannine Rijsdijk’s business is called Vier de liefde fotografie, which is Dutch and translates to something like “Have a little love party”. The name definitely fits, as you can see from this sweet, warm, little newborn shoot from the Netherlands Jeannine sent in to us! This gal is Pippa and is lucky to have such a love-filled home. Such lovely images! You can of course see more in the full gallery, so give it a peek before you go.
Mae Burke Photography sent in this pretty maternity shoot, set just before sunset in Port Aransas, Texas. Mama Samantha and her husband are photographers, too, and awaiting the arrival of their second little girl. Mae beautifully captured such sweet moments between them all, and of course that gorgeous light and island setting are so completely lovely. Mae is a pretty great on-the-spot stylist, too, fashioning a quick wreath for Samantha out of sea grass! So perfect. To check out more from this session, stop by the full gallery!
