This airplane themed birthday party was sent to us by one of our very favorites, Juliet Douglas of Little Posh Parties. Juliet chose this theme because birthday boy Gavin’s dad studied aviation in school. The theme is represented in so many cute ways, like the terminal sign named Gavin Airlines, Terminal 1 (for his 1st birthday) and Gate 12 (for his December birthday month). The red, blue, and white color scheme fits so well with classic airline imagery. We especially love the red mini paper suitcases used to hold favors (find your own just like it at Paper Source). The super fun dessert buffet is filled with treats from Peridot Sweets, including a a three tiered birthday cake with an airplane topper. And how perfect is it to see the guest of honor in his little brown aviation jacket?

Juliet is one of our faves…though I might be biased because she flawlessly coordinated my own wedding! :)
