When Holden turned three, his parents Zach and Michelle of Revert Photo celebrated with a vintage outdoor movie themed party. These creative parents were also behind the adorable Robot themed party we featured in February (click here to check it out!). Michelle filled us on on the party details:
“I collaborated with Jessica of A Vintage Affair Rental and came up with a fabulous interest board of ideas. Rachael from Intricate Icings designed this amazing film reel zucchini lime cake with black and white photos from Holden’s 3rd birthday photo session. We didn’t serve dinner since we had to start the party a bit later to start it at dark. We had Higgy’s Ice Cream come and serve some of their fabulous homemade ice cream and we supplied some yummy toppings to go with it. We also served lemonade and some fun homemade popcorn. After all our snacks, photo booth fun, presents, and cake, it was dark enough to watch our movie. All the kids grabbed a blanket and settled in for a movie. We showed old classic cartoons like Popeye and Mickey. And then on their way out, they took home some homemade cotton candy.”
How fun is that? Check out the full gallery for more photos, including many more really fun photo booth shots!
