It was her daughter Kate’s love of farm animals that inspired On to Baby member Kelly McLeskey-Dolata of A Little Savvy Event, to throw a barnyard boogie bash for Kate’s 2nd birthday, complete with real ponies! You can find the barnyard inspiration just about everywhere in the design, like the fun food names including Moo Moo Burgers and Oink Oink Sandwiches, cow-print balloon centerpieces, and the cleverly utilized hay bales that serve as the tables for the dessert and food buffets. Kelly did not miss a single detail and has wowed us with yet another party!
The delicious and whimsical dessert buffet featured a barn cake with little animals by Inticing Creations, farm animal cookies from Wine Country Confections, and farm animal cake pops by Ant Meena’s Sweet Treats presented in wheat grass. Party activities included a craft area, face painting, and of course some fun pony rides provided by Merry Go Round Ranch. It’s so sweet to see Kate’s big, sweet smile as she enjoys a birthday pony ride! These lovely images were captured by Allyson Wiley Photography, and you can see much more in the full gallery.
